研究领域

(1) 贝类遗传学与育种研究 (Genetics and Breeding Studies of Mollusks): 开发、利用微卫星、线粒体DNA等分子标记,进行遗传多样性、群体遗传结构解析、育种过程中遗传变化的监测与评价、种类鉴定等;通过连锁分析进行遗传连锁图构建。利用家系选择、群体选择、多倍体诱导及杂交等方法和分子标记进行牡蛎优良品种培育;开展南海砗磲等珍稀贝类的人工繁育、培育和人工放流增殖。 (2) 贝类功能基因与基因组学 (Gene and Genomics Studies of Mollusks): 利用各种分子生物学技术和生物信息学方法, 以及转录组、表达谱、蛋白组分析,研究性状表达的分子机理,解析基因组特征;通过性状相关的功能基因筛选、克隆、表达分析,研究其分子水平的功能和调控,为性状解析和良种培育提供可供利用的基因、基因组信息和工具。 (3) 贝类线粒体基因组与分子系统学 (Mitochondrial Genome and Molecular Phylogenetics in Mollusks): 通过线粒体基因组测序和分析,运用分子系统学理论和方法,研究、比较贝类线粒体基因组的结构与变化、基因重排及其进化,进行种类鉴定;解析并探讨贝类种、属、科等各种类间、类群间的系统关系和地位。
