个人简介

徐洁(Angela J. Xu),助理教授,管理学博士。2009年本科毕业于上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院的人力资源管理专业,获学士学位。2012年毕业于上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院的应用心理学专业,获硕士学位。2017年毕业于澳门大学的组织行为学专业,获工商管理博士学位。一直从事组织行为学及人力资源管理方向的研究与教学,在《Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《The Leadership Quarterly》、《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》、《British Journal of Management》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》等国内外同行评议期刊发表论文10余篇;主持国家级自科青年项目一项、省部级自科面上项目一项、省部级人文社科青年项目一项。 主讲课程 本科生:人力资源管理 研究生:人力资源管理、心理学科研写作与学术交流、心理学专题 博士生:博士生论文写作规范与发表、组织行为与人力资源管理研究 主持项目 国家自然科学基金青年项目(2020.1-2022.12),主持; 广东省自然科学基金面上项目(2019.11-2022.10),主持; 广东省哲学社会科学“十三五”规划青年项目(2019.1-2021.12),主持; 暨南大学第二十二批教学改革研究项目(2020.9-2022.12),主持。 科研奖励 2019年度暨南大学管理学院“科研突出贡献奖”(Top 6) 2019年美国管理协会Outstanding Reviewer (Careers Division) 2017年美国管理协会Outstanding Reviewer (OB Division) 2016年美国管理协会Best Applied Paper Award (Careers Division) 2015年亚洲管理协会Outstanding Reviewer (OB Division) 2014年美国管理协会Outstanding Reviewer (OB Division)
