环境微生物学,微生物分子生态学 本人一直从事环境微生物学和微生物分子生态学基础研究工作,主要采用高通量现代分子生物学技术研究环境微生物群落结构和功能多样性及其对环境因子的响应和耦合机制,研究内容首先集中于土壤关键生源要素碳、氮转化的功能过程和微生物学机制;而后逐渐向城市环境所研究方向契合,围绕城市环境与人类健康,并以抗生素抗性基因为切入点,重点研究其在环境中的来源和组成、丰度和分布、传播和扩散过程及机制。
