个人简介

2000年毕业于中国医学科学院和中国协和医科大学病理系，获病理学博士学位。先后在美国匹茨堡医学院重症医学，病理和分子细胞生物学中心以及美国辛辛那提儿童医院消化中心留学和工作。2016年被中国医学科学院医学实验动物研究所聘为教授。

研究领域

1. 建立慢性肠道感染、炎症和肠癌转基因工程小鼠模型和人诱导多能干细胞（iPSCs）模型，2. 细胞生长因子-转录激活信号（JAK2-STAT5）在调节肠道干细胞损伤和修复中的作用，3. 肠干细胞微环境与克隆氏病(Crohn’s diseases, CD) 和结肠癌（Colorectal Cancer， CRC）发病的关系，4. 利用人诱导多能干细胞（iPSCs）再建肠道屏障。
