个人简介

1985年毕业于兰州医学院药学系,1990年在同学校获硕士学位,1993年在兰州大学化学系获理学博士学位。先后在中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所、美国伊利诺斯(Illinois)大学化学系和波多黎各(Puerto Rico)大学化学系,作为博士后开展研究;1998年回国加入中国医学科学院暨北京协和医学院药物研究所,1999年起任研究员,2002年获博士研究生指导资格;2002年起任天然药物化学研究室主任

研究领域

天然先导化合物发现与优化。重点开展常用中药多样性成分的系统分离、结构鉴定及其与药理学紧密结合的多模型药理活性筛选和评价,以及活性化合物的结构优化和合成研究。研究策略和方法是以疗效确切但活性成分还不明确的传统中药和民族药用植物为主要对象,重视微量活性成分的系统研究,应用多通道组合闪式色谱(CombiFlash)、色谱-质谱连用(HPLC-MS)、微量核磁等技术,与药理学紧密合作,高效率地发现结构新颖的活性化合物;并对活性化合物进行半合成、全合成和构效关系研究,获得新药候选化合物。
