T. Arecchi 教授研究组)、法国里尔大学(Pierre Glorieux 教授研究组)、丹麦 Risø 国家实验室(Mark Saffman 教授研究组)、英国 Heriot-Watt 大学(R. G. Harrison 教授研究组)、美国斯坦福大学(诺贝尔奖获得者朱棣文 ( Steven Chu ) 教授研究组)、美国哈佛大学(谢晓亮 ( X. Sunney Xie ) 教授研究组)进行多年访问研究。 工作经历 理学博士、杰青、中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师、物理学教授 过去的主要工作及获得的成果: 近年来,进入了物理学与生命科学交叉研究领域。负责成立了 “复杂系统和生物大分子的动力学” 研究组,担任组长(1999年-至今)。负责成立了 “中科院物理所软物质物理实验室” ,担任首届主任(2001年-2009年)。研究了单分子DNA熔化、凝聚、DNA与组蛋白(histone)的相互作用、解旋酶(helicase)的动力学行为、生物分子马达(molecular motor)的动力学行为、抗癌药物顺铂(cisplatin)奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin)及反铂(transplatin)与DNA的作用机理、单细胞中紫杉醇对表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)内吞运输的影响、量子点在活细胞内的扩散运动等。在《Physical Review Letters》,《Physical Review A, E》,《Optics Letters》,《Applied Physics Letters》,《Journal of Chemical Physics》,《Journal of the American Chemical Society》,《Journal of Biological Chemistry》,《Journal of Theoretical Biology》,《PLoS Computational Biology》,《Journal of Molecular Biology》,《Biochemistry》,《Nucleic Acids Research》,《PLoS One》,《Scientific Reports》,《Nature》等物理学、化学、生物学及综合杂志上发表学术论文百余篇。2000年获“国家杰出青年科学基金”。 科研活动 复杂系统和生物大分子的动力学是国际上的研究热点,具有巨大的发展潜力和广泛的国际合作基础。我们的实验室目前具有高精度荧光显微镜(包括镜下细胞培养系统)、高灵敏成像设备、单分子操纵设备(磁镊)、快速反应停流设备、原子力显微镜、各种先进的生化设备等,另外还有并行计算服务器。装备水平居世界前列。欢迎有志的年轻学子加入到这一研究队伍中来。无论是物理、化学、生物、基础医学背景的学生均受欢迎。特别欢迎各高校的优秀推荐生。
