研究领域

主要从事自旋电子学等方向的理论研究,包括二维磁性半导体、稀磁半导体、磁性拓扑材料、磁性界面系统、量子反常霍尔效应、自旋霍尔效应、磁光克尔效应等。主要利用DFT+QMC(密度泛函理论结合量子蒙特卡洛)方法及DFT计算结合模型分析方法,探寻在电荷、自旋、轨道、拓扑、电子关联、晶格结构等多重自由度下展现出的新型量子体系。
