个人简介

马东亮,男,1982年8月出生,回族,工学博士,副教授。2016年1月博士毕业于天津大学理学院,硕博就读期间曾获天津大学“心理健康教育工作先进个人”,“道德文明先进个人”,“天津大学校级优秀干部”等荣誉。2016年4月到新疆大学物理科学与技术学院工作,主要从事微电子封装技术及其可靠性、锡基材料的第一性原理计算与实验研究。近年来在Materials Science & Engineering A,Journal of Alloys and Compounds等期刊上已发表学术论文10余篇。主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目多项,入选新疆维吾尔自治区“天池博士”人才项目。

研究领域

主要从事微电子封装技术及其可靠性、锡基材料的第一性原理计算与实验研究。
