个人简介

华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院研究员,博士生导师,上海纽约大学-华东师范大学脑与认知科学联合研究中心客座研究员。认知神经科学研究所所长,上海市脑功能基因组学重点实验室主任。校学术伦理与法律委员会委员,校人类受试者保护委员会主任,上海纽约大学人体实验伦理委员会副主任。现任中国神经科学学会学习记忆基础与临床分会委员,上海市神经科学学会女科学家工作委员会委员。 主要从事学习和记忆的分子调控网络和多脑区神经环路研究,以及神经免疫调控机制在老年痴呆症等神经退行性疾病的发病过程中的作用。同时也关注脑科学研究中中国文化因素对隐私保护、脑智提升技术等伦理问题的影响。在Neuron、Current Biology、Nature Communication和PNAS等期刊发表论文。担任多个学术期刊审稿人,以及《Precision Medicine》杂志编委。 教育经历 1999年 美国新泽西Rutgers University & Robert-Wood- Johnson Medical School药理系博士 1988年 浙江医科大学(现浙江大学医学院)医学系医学学士 工作经历 1988年6月浙江医科大学毕业后,在附属儿童医院任住院医生。1993年赴美,在新泽西Rutgers University和Robert-Wood- Johnson Medical School药理系攻读博士,师从Leroy F. Liu博士,研究ATP如何调控拓扑酶II抗癌药的作用。1999年5月获博士学位后,在美国普林斯顿大学微生物学系Joe Z. Tsien博士的实验室进行博士后的研究,主要从事研发模式动物的构建技术和探讨学习记忆的分子机制。在2008年加入华东师范大学前,曾在波士顿大学药理系做访问学者。2019年起,担任华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院认知神经科学研究所所长,上海市脑功能基因组学重点实验室主任

研究领域

学习记忆分子神经机制,记忆再巩固,记忆重组,免疫调控,神经退行性疾病,神经伦理 学习和记忆是人类很多高级认知功能的基础,很多的神经精神疾病伴随着学习记忆能力的障碍。我们实验室通过多模态、多时间尺度、跨物种方法,利用模式动物小鼠、灵长类(含人类),采用分子生物学、电生理记录、行为学以及脑影像等手段,研究长期记忆提取和再巩固的分子调控网络和多脑区神经环路,探讨干预长期记忆提取和再巩固的分子和心理物理手段。同时,我们也对老年痴呆症等神经退行性疾病的发病过程中,神经免疫调控机制的作用感兴趣。希望通过我们的研究,能找到治疗治疗记忆障碍相关疾病的方法。 随着脑科学研究的快速发展,神经伦理学也成为脑科学研究的一个重要组成部分,文化对神经伦理的影响更成为着重需要考量的问题。我们将探讨脑科学研究结果、新技术的开发和运用可能带来的近期和远期影响,对新技术本质的认识和现有伦理学的局限性的思考,重点关注中国文化因素对隐私保护、脑智提升技术等伦理问题的影响。
