个人简介

主讲课程：移动通信技术、信号与系统、信息论与编码周朝荣，1998年6月本科毕业于浙江大学信息工程专业，2001年4月硕士毕业于电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业，2009年6月博士毕业于电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业。先后承担《移动通信技术》、《信号与系统》以及《信息论与编码》等课程的教学工作。负责四川省教育厅科研项目1项、四川师范大学校级科研项目1项；参加国家自然科学基金项目2项、四川省教育厅青年基金项目1项、四川师范大学校级科研项目1项；第一作者发表论文17篇，其中SCI/EI检索13篇。目前在研项目： 1、认知无线电系统中的跨层优化研究，四川省教育厅科研项目（2011-2012），负责人； 2、结合多用户检测技术的无线资源管理，四川师范大学博士科研启动项目（2009-2011），负责人； 3、软交换架构下的MSC池域负荷分担机制研究，四川省教育厅青年基金项目（2010-2011），主研； 4、基于OFDMA的中继网络自适应资源分配技术研究，四川师范大学校级科研项目（2011-2012），主研。
