个人简介

BIO XiZhang received her B.S. in Physics from Lanzhou University and her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. After receiving her Ph.D., she joined Sichuan University in 2010. She is a faculty member in the Department of Microelectronics and is one of the leaders of the AMSP (Advanced Materials and Spin Physics) group. Dr. Zhang’s research interests include:(1) design of electronic, optoelectronic and spintronic materials usingthe first principle calculations; (2)synthesis of the advancedmaterialswith a specific emphasis on semiconductor nanowires, quantum dots and 2D thin filmsusing chemical vapor deposition, thermal evaporation and single-mode microwavegrowths; (3) characterizations of the materials using HRTEM, SEM, AFM,MOKE, magneto-transport and so on.Her researches aresupported by various foundations such as Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC),National 985 PlatformConstruction Foundation, Science and Technology Key Foundationof Sichuan Province,and Scientific Research Start-up Foundation of Sichuan University. She currently serves as a reviewerof SCI journals includingthe ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces and the Journal of Physical Chemistry C, and is a member of evaluation expertsof the Natural Science Foundation of Chinaand Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province. (1998)in Physics, Lanzhou University, China Research Interests: Electronic and optoelectronic materials Magnetic semiconductors/semiconductor spintronics Group-IV based materialsand devices Chinese version: 张析,四川大学物理学院教授。核辐射技术教育部重点实验室与高能量密度物理及技术教育部重点实验室(B类)先进材料与自旋物理AMSP (Advanced Materials and Spin Physics )研究团队成员。美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学材料工程系哲学博士,兰州大学物理系本科、硕士。所采用的主要实验方法包括PLV、PVD、MPCVD、高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)、EDS、SEM、PL、SQUID和磁电输运等技术,同时亦运用密度泛函进行相关材料设计与计算模拟工作。 目前已主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、四川省教育厅重点项目、参与四川大学985高科技平台建设等多个项目。研究成果在 Nano Letters, Chemical Communications、Scientific Reports、Journal of Physical Chemistry C、Journal of Crystal Growth 等SCI期刊发表,共40余篇;申请国家发明专利4项,获批3项;已在国际国内学术会议报告研究成果多次。曾获得2014年展虹奖研奖。 长期担任本科电磁学、电动力学主讲教师。指导教育部试验班、基地班和物理类本科生科研训练20余人,其中获优秀本科生毕业论文奖2人,赴美国深造2人,英国1人,新加坡1 人,香港1人,及保送国内科研院所研究生若干。 欢迎感兴趣并有志于在本领域有所成就的研究生与本科生加入我们的科研团队.

研究领域

基于第IV族半导体的新型电子、光电、磁性自旋电子材料的合成与生长机制研究、结构表征、微纳器件设计与制备、以及磁电光等物性测量与计算机模拟研究。
