个人简介

学习经历: 博士,复旦大学信息科学与工程学院,2011年9月-2014年6月 工作经历: 2014年7月至今,河南师范大学物理学院副教授 教学工作: 主讲《大学物理》、《专业英语》、《大学物理实验》 科研活动: 长期从事半导体材料的第一性原理计算研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目两项,省部级项目一项,教育厅项目一项。在国际刊物,如Applied Physics Letters, Optics Express, Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, Applied Physics Express等,发表SCI论文二十余篇,并受邀为光学领域著名刊物Optics Letters审稿。 科研项目: 1. 过渡金属超饱和掺杂硅材料亚带隙结构的性质及其调控,国家自然科学基金,2019.1-2021.12,主持 2. Co、Sc超饱和掺杂对硅电子结构和红外吸收的调控研究,国家自然科学基金,2018.1-2018.12,主持 3. Co、Sc等过渡元素超饱和掺杂硅基光伏电池研究,河南省科技攻关项目,2018.1-2019.12,主持 4.表面等离子体共振效应在重掺硅基材料中的应用,河南省教育厅项目,2015.1-2016.12,主持 5.基于硼烯的新型纳米器件模型设计与性能调控及其机理研究,国家自然科学基金,2018.1-2021.12,参与 6. 基于新型“太阳能涂料”一步制备PbS量子点敏化ZnO光阳极及其光伏性能研究,国家自然科学基金,2019.1-2021.12,参与 7. 稀土高熵合金压力下多形态相变机制研究,国家自然科学基金,2018.1-2018.12,参与 8. 应变对二维过渡金属硫化物半导体异质结光电性能调控机理研究,国家自然科学基金,2018.1-2018.12,参与 招生情况: 每年拟招收凝聚态物理专业硕士研究生1-2名,欢迎感兴趣的同学加入课题组!
