研究领域

本实验室立足于凝聚态实验物理和材料科学的交叉领域,着重于研究功能氧化物薄膜、界面以及纳米结构等量子受限系统的新颖特性和物理机制。通过激光分子束外延生长手段,我们可以实现在原子尺度上对这些功能氧化物体系的精确设计以及制备;并进一步对其物理特性进行研究和探索。我们关注的是这个领域中的一些重要课题,如功能氧化物的离子调控及新奇量子特性,多铁性等关联材料的设计与实现,以及功能氧化物薄膜在新型电子器件中的应用等等。
