清华大学新雅书院党的工作领导小组组长，2018年1月至今清华大学新雅书院副院长，2016年3月至今清华大学物理系副系主任，2007年1月至今清华大学物理系系主任助理，2005年2月－2007年1月清华大学物理系教授，2003年12月清华大学物理系教学科研办公室主任，1999年7月—2005年2月清华大学物理系副教授，1999年7月—2003年12月清华大学物理系讲师，1997年7月—1999年7月获奖 2004年获北京市高等教育教学成果奖（一等奖，排名第二） 2003年获第七届北京青年优秀科技论文奖（二等奖，个人） 2002年获教育部霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖（三等奖，个人）现任学术兼职教育部高等学校物理学专业教学指导分委员会秘书长全国群论教学研究会副理事长中科院兰州重离子加速器国家重点实验室客座研究人员中国物理学会咨询委员会秘书

研究领域

研究领域：数学物理、量子物理、核结构理论感兴趣的研究方向：（1）量子系统的对称性，精确可解性等。（2）群和代数（李代数、李超代数、无限维李代数、变形李代数等）的表示论及其在物理学中的应用，如原子、分子结构和核结构的代数模型。（3）量子物理学的基本问题、量子信息。
