1992年于复旦大学物理系获博士学位 1992-1994：中国科学院物理研究所，博士后 1994-1995：清华大学物理系，助理研究员 1995至今：清华大学物理系，副教授（期间，1997-1998年中和2002年上半年在香港科技大学访问）奖励、荣誉和学术兼职 1999至今：高等物理教育研究会理事校教学软件一等奖（排名第一）校教学成果二等奖（排名第一）

研究领域

1、与日常教学密切结合的量化教学研究 2、凝聚态物理，研究方向包括高分子聚合物物理、磁性多层膜、光子带隙材料，其中光子带隙材料（光子晶体）是1997年以来的主要研究方向
