个人简介

教育经历 1998年毕业于北京科技大学,获博士学位,研究氮化物先进陶瓷材料; 工作经历 1998.9-2000.8在中国科学院物理研究所作博士后,从事熔盐法生长氮化镓自由体单晶生长工作;2000.9-2004.3中国科学院物理研究所工作,任副研究员;期间2001.9-2004.8公派到香港大学作博士后研究,作GaInN的分子束外延生长工作;2004.9-2006.3在日本名古屋工业大学工作,任COE特别研究员和项目副教授,从事纳米材料和透明陶瓷研究工作;2006.4-2006.8在西北工业大学材料学院任教授;2006.9入选中科院百人计划,到中国科学院福建物质结构研究所任研究员、课题组长、先进材料研究中心主任、中科院海西研究院先进制造所副所长;2010.3到中国人民大学物理系任教授。 人才培养 已培养博士后两名,博士生15名,硕士生12名
