个人简介
开展了半导体太赫兹光电导天线和量子阱太赫兹激光的理论研究和数值化设计及优化，为提高太赫兹激光器件水平发挥了较好的作用。同时，开发了模拟量子器件的TCAD三维软件，取得了重要阶段成果。在国内外学术刊物发表论文五十多篇，其中SCI收录论文三十多篇，申请发明专利两项。指导的硕士研究生有两人获国家奖学金。主持并完成了国家自然科学基金面上项目和省级项目多项，现主持省市级项目两项。
