徐建忠 职称: 教授 一、个人简历 受教育经历: 1983年09月——1987年07月,东北大学,材料加工工程 学士 1987年09月——1997年03月,东北大学,材料加工工程 博士 研究工作经历: 1996年09月 —— 2000年05月 东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室、讲师 2000年05月 —— 2005年12月 东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室、副教授 2005年12月 —— 至今 东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室、教授 二、教学情况(本科生/研究生) ANSYS及有限元在轧制过程中的应用,研究生 三、主要研究项目 1.《950/1580mm热轧带钢板形设定模型联合开发》横向项目 2. 《5m轧机小轧制力条件下轧制力及辊缝模型关键参数》横向项目 3. 《复杂断面型材智能化生产及应用示范》国家十三五 四、代表性成果(专著/专利/获奖等) 专利情况: 热轧钢材控冷系统稳压节能供水装置 实用新型 科研获奖: (1) “板带钢轧制过程的智能优化及数模调优”2001年获得国家科技进步二等奖; (2)“刚塑性有限元可压缩法的若干理论问题”2001年获得辽宁省自然科学三等奖; (3)“人工智能及其在轧制中的应用”2000年获得辽宁省科技进步二等奖; (4) “智能化信息处理系统的建立与应用研究”1999年获得辽宁省教委科技进步一等奖; (5) “刚塑性有限元理论与应用”1999年获得国家冶金局科技进步二等奖; (6) “粗轧区板坯横向变形规律的研究”1999年获得辽宁省科技进步三等奖。
