个人简介

郭闯博士，现任东北大学生命科学与健康学院神经科学研究所副教授，硕士研究生导师。2012年在中国医科大学获得博士学位，具备较强的科研能力和丰富的教学经验。作为负责人主持中央高校基本科研业务费资助重大科技创新项目1项，作为课题副组长参加国家重点基础研究发展计划 (973计划) 课题和国家自然科学基金课题3项。在《Neurobiology of Aging》等学术期刊发表论文10余篇；参编教材3部。基金项目中央高校基本科研业务费—重大科技创新项目 (N120820001), 负责人国家重点基础研究发展计划 (973计划) 课题: 糖尿病胰岛β细胞进行性功能衰竭的分子机制研究, 课题副组长国家自然科学基金面上项目:锌转运体ZnT3通过调节突触锌离子释放参与tau蛋白磷酸化的分子机制研究,课题副组长国家自然科学基金面上项目: 锌螯合剂抑制Alzheimer病淀粉样蛋白老年斑形成机理的研究, 课题副组长

研究领域

现主要从事神经退行性疾病的发病机理与防治领域的研究。研究方向一：脑内铁离子代谢与神经退行性疾病的发病机理与防治研究方向二：糖尿病与阿尔茨海默病的关联性及其分子机制
