个人简介

于鲲，女，东北大学医学与生物信息工程学院讲师。2009年获大连理工大学工学学士学位，2012年获清华大学硕士学位，2016年底获德国杜塞尔多夫大学生物学博士学位。2017年12月底入职东北大学医学与生物信息工程学院信息系。

研究领域

1.疾病相关蛋白质的结构与性质研究（Structural and Functional Analysis of Disease-related Proteins）：包括基于细菌或昆虫表达系统的蛋白质的重组表达和纯化，重组蛋白质的生化与生物物理学特性的分析，膜蛋白质-脂质体的体外重组与功能分析，分子建模等； 2.疾病相关新型分子标志物的预测模型和分子机制研究（Prediction of novel molecular biomarkers and study of the underlying Mechanisms）。
