个人简介

刘念,男,1981年12月生。2009年6月在华北电力大学电力系统及其自动化专业获得工学博士学位。2013年被聘为副教授,2018年被聘为博士生导师,2019年晋升教授。2015年7月-2016年7月澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学做访问研究员。 主要研究领域为智能配用电、综合能源系统、微电网与分布式能源、信息物理系统等。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,国家863计划子课题2项,国家电网和南方电网科技项目10余项。共发表SCI期刊论文48篇,EI期刊论文47篇;6篇论文入选ESI或SCOPUS前1%高被引论文,3篇论文入选领跑者F5000(中文科技期刊前1%高被引);论文被引用超过2800次,H指数28;SCI他引超过800次;授权发明专利15项;获教育部自然奖二等奖1项、科技进步二等奖1项、广东省科技进步三等奖1项。 教学课程 配电自动化,2010年起,24学时 电力系统规划与可靠性,2009年起,32学时 现代控制理论,2014年起,32学时
