微流控临床检测芯片:基于微流控技术研发新型芯片,实现临床疾病的早期快速低成本检测。 FRET生物探针设计与应用:基于荧光蛋白技术设计可以在活细胞检测蛋白活性的探针结构,在相应的DNA层面上通过亚克隆构建探针,然后转入活细胞自行表达出探针蛋白,在活细胞上验证探针功能。 细胞力学生物学:研究各种力学状态下,细胞通过何种信号途径,将物理的力学信号转化为细胞内生物化学信号,并调控细胞极性变化与定向迁移
