研究领域

微生物合成代谢工程,即通过合成生物学技术(高级基因工程手段)操纵微生物代谢,提升脂质、多元醇等绿色生物化学品的合成效率,以达到产业应用水平;同时组合多种组学分析、生物信息学、计算设计和蛋白结构分析等,实现多维度、跨尺度微生物设计和改造,构建智能化的微生物细胞工厂。
