2003-2010年,在西南大学生物技术中心攻读硕博士研究生(硕博连读)。2010年,获得农学博士学位。

研究领域

1、利用基因组、转录组、代谢组等现代分子生物技术,解析寄主(柑桔)应答黄龙病和溃疡病病原菌入侵和系统扩散的关键基因及其调控因子,挖掘柑桔抗病和感病关键基因,并通过转基因等技术研究其参与病原菌应答的调控网络和分子机制 2、结合黄龙病与寄主(柑桔)的互作关系,从病原菌角度大规模筛选和重构柑橘异源新型抗性基因用于柑桔抗黄龙病和溃疡病基因工程育种研究,培育新型抗性材料 3、利用CRISPR/cas9等最新的基因编辑技术,对柑橘抗/感病基因进行精确修饰和调控,培育抗黄龙病和溃疡病新品种
