个人简介

1990年毕业于西安交通大学微电子专业并获博士学位;1990年12月-2006年5月在中科院微电子所工作,其间2001年9月-2006年5月任该所所长;2006年6月-2008年12月在三星半导体(中国)研究所工作,任所长;2009年1月起入职清华大学。 在中科院微电子所期间曾从事Si CMOS工艺技术、SiCMOS/SOI抗辐射电路和GaN微波功率器件等方面的研发工作,获得国家技术发明二等奖、北京市科技进步一等奖、中科院科技进步二等奖、政府特殊津贴等多种奖励。在三星半导体(中国)研究所工作期间曾负责多项智能手机和其它信息终端中的芯片应用解决方案的开发工作。加入清华大学后讲授“微电子制造工艺技术”和“现代半导体器件导论”课程,科研工作主要集中在新型半导体存储器方面,包括面向嵌入式存储和安全认证应用,以及基于忆阻器的存算一体(CIM)芯片研发等。
