个人简介

1991年7获东北电力大学应用化学系应用化学专业学士学位;1994年4月获东北电力大学应用化学专业硕士学位;2003年9月至2004年2月到美国尤他州立大学(Utah State University)作为高级访问学者;2009年3月获哈工大市政环境工程学院获博士学位;硕士生导师。
