个人简介

宋福平,男,1970年9月出生于黑龙江省北安县,博士,研究员。1991年毕业于上海复旦大学,2001年获东北农业大学博士学位,2001-2003年在中国农业科学院生物技术所进行博士后研究,2008在法国INRA博士后研究1年。2003年至今,在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室工作

研究领域

1)杀虫基因cry基因和相关代谢途径的表达调控。建立了芽胞期重要转录因子的突变体,并利用这些遗传材料明确了cry1Ac和cry8Ea基因的转录调控机制,为新型杀虫微生物制剂的研制提供了表达元件及思路。重点研究了Bt Sigma54因子控制的代谢途径相关基因簇的表达调控,发现了一些特殊的表达调控机制,丰富了对这一领域的认识,同时为从代谢途径角度提高Cry蛋白产量奠定了基础。 2)Bt的遗传与发育研究。重点针对Cry蛋白在田间应用中紫外辐射失活的问题,从芽胞形成晚期调控网络入手,解析母细胞的裂解机制,已发现一种相关水解酶,为通过遗传改造阻断母细胞裂解,从而保护晶体(Cry蛋白)提供了理论基础。同时发现一株具有特殊表型的苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株,其产晶体在非芽胞细胞中,它的分化及cry基因的表达调控机制的解析将为新型制剂研制开辟新的途径,同时丰富对原核细胞分化的认识。 3)Bt与害虫互作研究。通过转录组和蛋白组分析Bt在侵染害虫过程中特异表达基因,发现其适应宿主、生存竞争及毒力相关机制
