个人简介
1998年毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院农业经济与管理专业，获博士学位。2004年至2008年，作为高级访问学者先后赴加拿大马尼托巴大学（University of Manitoba）、美国农业部经济研究局（ERS of USDA）、英国诺丁汉大学（University of Nottingham）等交流与合作研究。1983年参加工作，先后于山西省霍州市委、山西财经大学和中国农业科学院任职，现任中国农业科学院农业信息研究所信息分析与评估室主任。

1．《农产品市场信息分析预测网络化平台》， 2003年获中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖二等奖及北京市科学技术奖三等奖，第2完成人
2．《农业科技基础数据信息系统建设与共享》获2004年中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖二等奖，第11完成人
