个人简介

陈世宝:男,博士(理),研究员,博士生导师。1998年硕士毕业于中国农业科学院(土壤学),2005年博士毕业于中国科学院生态环境研究中心(环境科学);2005-2006应邀去澳大利亚(CSIRO Land and Water)任访问科学家。主要从事土壤污染防治及农产品安全生产研究,包括土壤重金属污染控制技术、污染土壤修复与退化土壤改良、土壤重金属环境基准研究等。目前任研究所环境科学学科带头人及学科培养点点长。2012-2014连续获得“中国农科院优秀研究生导师”称号;主讲中国农科院研究生学位课《环境化学》、《农产品安全生产技术与应用》并获“教学名师”称号。作为技术专家参与了《国家重金属污染综合防治十二五规划》、《国家土壤污染防治中长期(2021-2035)规划》的编制。主持完成项目包括国家重点研发计划课题、“863”课题、国家自然基金、留学回国基金等多项。发表论文120余篇,其中SCI/EI 59篇,编著4部,发明专利8项。获农业部科技进步奖、广东省自然科学一等奖等多项。 【主要科研业绩】 主持完成国家重点研发计划课题、“863”计划课题、国家自然基金面上项目、农业部/财政部行业专项、国家留学人员回国基金等多项;另外参与国家基金委重大国际合作、中-澳国际合作、农业行业专项及国家支撑计划课题研究等多项。围绕土壤中重金属形态转化与生物有效性、土壤中重金属的无害化与减量化技术及土壤中重金属环境基准等方面,从基础理论创新、应用技术研发与推广应用等开展了一系列工作。主要成果包括:1)利用EXAFS、SEM/TEM-EDS、XRD等技术,从分子水平上初步探明了土壤中不同胶体吸附/固定重金属(Cd、Pb等)的微界面过程与机制;2)对不同作物根系吸收转运重金属生理机制进行了研究,研究探明了根细胞壁组分中半纤维素对植物耐重金属胁迫的影响与相关机制;3)研究推导出基于不同性质土壤中重金属(Cd、Pb)的环境阈值(HC5)并在农田土壤污染评价中得到应用;4)建立了基于不同性质土壤中重金属Cd、Pb、Zn、Cu毒性的陆地生物配体(t-BLM)预测模型;5)研制出适合不同土壤性质的纳米(微米)型重金属高效钝化剂、叶面阻抗剂及退化土壤改良剂,研制的相关修复材料与污染土壤修复技术(集成),在农业部农田土壤污染修复专项中得到了大面积推广应用,圆满完成修复目标。
