徐金洲 - 东华大学

个人简介

个人简介中科院等离子体物理所博士，等离子体物理学科教授，硕士生导主要教学课程大学物理，应用电磁学基础，微纳电子制造科学与工程技术。两项中国发明专利与一项日本发明专利国际交流与合作 2008年10月-2009年2月，日本中部大学工学部电气工程系，参与菅井秀郎教授与中村圭二教授主持的日本文部科学省知识创成项目部分研究工作。

研究方向：电磁超材料与高气压等离子体微波诊断技术
