李哲馨，女，汉族，内蒙古锡林郭勒盟正蓝旗人，2007年7月至2011年7月，内蒙古师范大学生物技术专业，获理学学士学位；2011年9月至2014年6月，北京林业大学林木遗传育种专业，获农学硕士学位；2014年9月至2017年7月，中国林业科学研究院林木遗传育种专业，获农学博士学位。2017年7月至今，任职于重庆文理学院特色植物研究院。
