个人简介

研究领域

在系统生物学水平系统研究平滑肌收缩机制:平滑肌是机体中空器官的主要组成部分,其收缩功能是保证所在器官生理功能的基础。如收缩功能异常,则可引起一系列疾病,如胃肠疾病、心血管异常、支气管哮喘等。以往的研究主要通过比较钙离子、CaM、MLCK、MLCP等信号分子活性变化与收缩行为的相关性,以及应用酶抑制剂等方法研究收缩机制,但该方法存在有很大的局限性。为此,我们将分析MLCK、MYPT1、ZIPK和Trio条件性基因敲除小鼠平滑肌收缩特征和信号调控改变,系统研究平滑肌收缩的调控机制以及与平滑肌疾病的关系。 神经发育与细胞运动的信号网络调控研究:发育信号与细胞运动信号的偶联调控是组织器官发育调控的一个基本过程,但其机制还不清楚。我们利用条件性基因敲除小鼠,研究探讨Trio-GEFs在小脑颗粒细胞运动过程的信号传递过程和机制. 肌肉、脂肪发育的分子生物学机制:主要研究miRNA对肌肉、脂肪发育分化的调控机制
