研究领域

线粒体重塑与代谢疾病。主要是运用基因工程小鼠为模式动物，通过分子细胞生物学手段探索包括肥胖症、糖尿病与慢性肌肉病在内的代谢疾病发生的分子机制。主要的研究方向有：1）骨骼肌线粒体代谢重塑与疾病的发生；2）利用全基因组染色体状态谱动态分析及代谢组学分析的方法，研究运动代谢的分子基础；3）重要细胞器的交互对话在代谢稳态调节中的作用机制
