研究领域

应用不同类型的电离辐射，主要指重离子束和伽马射线辐射，对模式植物进行诱变，并对其生物学效应进行研究。重点以模式植物拟南芥和百脉根为研究对象：1）建立获取碳离子束及伽马射线辐射突变体资源库；2）应用NGS技术对突变群体进行基因组学分析；3）利用BSA测序对突变基因进行定位，并对突变基因进行功能验证及分析
