(1)应用先进的高能重离子束诱变技术创新种质,拓展遗传多样性;(2)应用二代及三代测序方法解析突变群体的基因组变异特征及规律,理解不同辐射诱发突变的特点;(3)应用转录组、表型组等“组”学方法从大数据角度探索生物变异的微观及宏观效应
