研究领域

水稻株型发育的分子遗传机理,主要研究与产量相关的农艺性状包括分蘖、穗型、叶型等;水稻营养品质改良的遗传基础,包括铁、锌、硒、叶酸等营养元素的生物强化。筛选上述性状的水稻种质资源或突变体,采用QTL定位和图位克隆的方法克隆目的基因,采用生理、生化和分子生物学技术研究该基因的作用机理。筛选目的基因的有利等位变异,评价其育种利用价值。
