个人简介
1980年9月至1984年7月在宁夏农学院农学专业本科学习；1984年7月至1988年8月在宁夏农林科学院农作物研究所工作；1988年8月至1991年7月在中国农业科学院研究生院作物遗传育种专业攻读硕士学位；1991年8月至1994年7月在中国农业科学院研究生院作物遗传育种专业攻读博士学位；1994年7月至今在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作；1997年2月至1998年2月在韩国高丽大学做访问学者；2000年4月至10月、2001年7月至2002年12月、2003年3月至10月、2006年4月至8月先后4次在美国内布拉斯加大学做访问学者；1998年1月晋升为副研究员，2004年1月晋升为研究员。
