研究领域

(1) 发现结直肠癌的基因组突变及基因表达谱改变,并从中找出特征性变化和检测方法,为结直肠癌的个体化预防、诊断、治疗提供依据 (2) 探索泛素化系统,尤其是去泛素化酶在结直肠癌发生、发展中的作用,并通过分子对接、高通量筛选等方法发现小分子抑制剂和可能的新型抗肿瘤药物 (3) 开展相关免疫机制和免疫治疗的研究,着重于肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞的特性和功能,肿瘤细胞突变相关抗原的发现和鉴别,以及T细胞介导的免疫治疗
