个人简介

研究领域

食源性活性肽的制备、纯化、结构鉴定及其体内外生物活性评价等基础研究,目前研究主要集中于ACE抑制肽(降血压活性肽)、降血糖活性肽和抗老年痴呆活性肽的酶解制备、结构鉴定、基于分子模拟的作用机制、代谢调控及稳态化保护机制研究。 主持或参与科研项目:
