个人简介

邵志刚,男,工学博士,出生于1969年,山西平遥人。中国科学院大连化学物理研究所燃料电池系统科学与工程研究组组长,研究员。1991年,在大连理工大学化工学院获得工学学士学位;2000年,在中科院大连化学物理研究所获工学博士学位;2001年至2002年,在香港科技大学化工系做博士后研究工作;2003年至2005年3月,在英国纽卡斯尔大学化工系从事博士后研究工作;2005年4月回大连化物所燃料电池工程中心从事质子交换膜燃料电池研究与开发。从1996年起一直从事质子交换膜燃料电池的研究开发工作,目前研究方向为质子交换膜燃料电池系统中的工程科学问题及系统集成技术开发。曾经作为专题负责人和研究骨干参加过国家“九五”重点科技攻关项目“燃料电池技术”;中国科学院“九五”重大项目“燃料电池技术”;国家863计划“百瓦级再生氢氧燃料电池”课题;香港工业署开发项目“质子交换膜燃料电池电极制备新方法研究”,欧共体第五框架项目“毛细管型燃料电池系统研发”。目前为国家“863”计划课题:“高性能、长寿命车用燃料电池电催化剂、膜电极技术”负责人。至今发表期刊论文65篇,SCI文章50余篇;申请中国发明专利11项,已授权5项;合著完成2章学术专著;作为主要人员参加完成的千瓦级质子交换膜燃料电池获得辽宁省科技进步一等奖。
