个人简介

马小军,1958年8月生于长春市,研究员,博士生导师,大连化学物理研究所生物技术研究部(18室)副主任,生物医学材料工程组(1802组)组长。1982年毕业于吉林大学化学系有机化学专业,获理学学士学位;1982年—1989年,大连化物所从事丝绸蛋白质改性及膜生物反应器用于细胞培养及酶促反应研究,研实员,助理研究员;1989年—1993年:加拿大多伦多大学医学院从事微囊化人工器官研制及其治疗糖尿病研究,访问学者;1993年—至今:大连化物所生物化工研究室、生物技术研究部生物医学材料工程组,助理研究员,副研究员,研究员

研究领域

材料选择、改性及加工成型 选择天然或合成高分子材料,通过化学、物理或生物技术改性,改善材料的生物相容性、生物降解性、控制释放性、免疫隔离性等。研发具有自主知识产权的改性材料,加工成微囊膜、创伤敷料等,满足其在生命体中应用的需求。 微胶囊化人工器官 采用免疫隔离微囊膜包封组织细胞、干细胞、基因工程细胞等,制备微囊化人工器官并开展体内、外移植研究,为组织缺损、基因缺损、免疫缺损和恶性肿瘤等重大疾病的治疗开辟新途径。现与国内多家医院、科研部门合作,分别开展了微囊化猪胰岛细胞移植治疗糖尿病鼠的研究;微囊化牛肾上腺髓质细胞移植治疗帕金森猴的研究;微囊化牛肾上腺髓质细胞移植治疗癌症晚期患者顽固性疼痛的研究;微囊化雪旺氏细胞移植治疗神经损伤鼠的研究;微囊化转基因细胞治疗肿瘤鼠的研究等。 微胶囊化细胞培养 微胶囊作为细胞培养微反应器的优点:①微胶囊在生理条件下制备及破囊;②兼具贴壁培养和悬浮培养的优势;③细胞所处微胶囊内部环境稳定均一,易于放大;④具有较高比表面积,单位体积细胞产率高;⑤囊膜孔可控,大分子产物集于囊内易于分离纯化;⑥培养操作可系统化,自动化,降低污染机会。因此,开发微胶囊作为动、植物及微生物细胞培养的微反应器有更广泛的应用前景。 药物控制释放载体 基因工程肽、蛋白质类生化药物存在稳定性差、半衰期短、免疫排斥、注射给药等问题。另外,"入关"后留给我国药物研究与生产的主要空间在于剂型转换。因此,将具有良好生物相容性的天然及合成高分子材料制备成生化药物或小分子合成药物控制释放新剂型,提高药物生物利用度,从而实现药物在体内时间、空间、数量上的控制释放。 组织工程支架 以天然高分子海藻酸、壳聚糖为基质,制备有良好生物相容性的组织工程支架材料,将其用于三维细胞培养,干细胞分化,创伤医用敷料等研究。
