朱才朝，男，工学博士，重庆大学二级教授、博士生导师、第六届校学术委员会委员、机械工程学院副院长，国家海上风电工程中心学术委员会委员，中国精密重载齿轮传动技术创新战略联盟副理事长，齿轮传动与摩擦材料研究省重点实验室学术委员会主任，中国机械工程学会机械设计分会理事，中国力学学会流控专委会委员，机械传动分会齿轮专业委员会委员，《机械传动》编委，国家有突出贡献的中青年专家，重庆市学术技术带头人。入选国家教育部新世纪优秀人才、重庆市首批学术学科领军人才、重庆市首批科技创新领军人才等
