个人简介周洋，男，中共党员，1987年生，数学博士，讲师，博士生导师，在Math.Comput.、J.GobalOptim.等国际权威期刊发表SCI收录论文6篇；先后主持国家级科研项目1项，省部级科研项目1项，校级科研项目1项，参与国家级科研项目2项。研究兴趣流形优化方法；球面上的选点与数值逼近开设课程高等数学；高等代数；统计分析软件；线性代数科研项目 1.国家自然科学基金天元专项：球面设计的推广及其区间闭包的研究与应用，(2017.1-2017.12)，已结题，主持 2.山东省自然科学培育基金：球面上的流形优化算法及其扰动分析，(2019.7-2022.6)，在研，主持 3.山东师范大学青年科技项目培育基金：流形优化方法在球面问题中的应用，2万元，在研，主持
