个人简介

常晶晶博士,教授,博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才计划入选者,中国科协青年人才托举工程入选者,陕西省青年科技奖获得者,陕西省青年科技标兵,陕西省青年托举人才,陕西省重点科技创新团队核心成员,中国真空学会电子材料与器件专委会副秘书长,西安市侨联委员,校学术委员会委员,西电柔性电子交叉研究中心负责人,西电侨联秘书长,留联会副会长,学部学位评定委员会委员,学院党委委员,教授委员会委员,教学指导委员会委员等。2010年6月在四川大学获得理学学士学位,之后在新加坡国立大学攻读博士学位,期间前往新加坡材料研究与工程研究所(IMRE)从事博士课题研究。2014年博士毕业后,继续在新加坡国立大学材料科学与工程系从事博士后研究员工作。2015年通过西安电子科技大学“华山学者菁英人才计划”加入微电子学院。近年来主要从事宽禁带氧化物及钙钛矿半导体材料与器件的研究工作等。截止目前,在Science、Nature Energy、Joule、Research、Iscience、Applied Physics Reviews、Advanced Materials、JACS、Angew、Advanced Energy Materials、Advanced Science、ACS Energy Letters、Nano Energy、Infomat、NML、Ecomat、EEM等国际核心期刊上发表SCI论文200余篇,被引用7000余次,部分研究成果被ScienceAAAS、AdvancedScienceNews、MaterialsViewsChina、纳米人、科技日报、中国科技成果、今日头条等学术网站作为研究亮点进行报道,二十多篇文章入选年度热点文章和ESI高被引文章。所做成果获陕西省高等学校自然科学一等奖(第一完成人)、海南省自然科学二等奖、华为火花奖、陕西省自然科学优秀论文奖等。申请新加坡/美国/中国发明专利60余项,授权专利14项。主持参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等项目30余项,包括技术成果转化3项。担任科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、陕西省科技厅项目、江苏省科技厅项目、江西省科技厅项目、河北省科技厅项目、河南省科技厅项目等评审专家。担任Springer-Nature出版社Journal of Materials Science-Materials in Electronics客座编辑、Nanomaterials客座编辑、InfoMat青年编委、Infoscience青年编委、Ecomat青年编委、Smartmat青年编委、JEC青年编委。入选2018年福布斯中国教育领域30岁以下精英榜单,2018年科学中国人年度人物电子工程领域提名人等。 教育经历 2010.08 - 2014.08,新加坡国立大学,博士,导师:吴积善教授、张婕博士、陈志宽教授 2006.08 - 2010.07,四川大学,学士,导师:杨科柯教授、王玉忠院士 工作经历 2016.03 - 现在,西安电子科技大学,微电子学院,教授 2015.09 - 2016.03,西安电子科技大学,微电子学院,副教授 2014.08 - 2015.08,新加坡国立大学,材料与工程学院,研究员
