2017年6月18日：ASMEJournalofMechanismsandRobotics和ASMEJournalofMechanicalDesign的最新影响因子分别提升到2.371和2.565。
2016年5月25日：经主编VijayKumar教授提名，陈贵敏开始担任ASMEJournalofMechanismsandRobotics副主编。
2016年9月24日：加州大学尔湾分校J.MichaelMcCarthy教授(ASMEFellow)来访西电，将作题为AlgebraicSynthesisofMechanismsandRobots的报告，欢迎感兴趣的朋友和同学前来交流学习。J.MichaelMcCarthy曾担任ASMEJournalofMechanicalDesign和ASMEJournalofMechanismsandRobotics的主编。
2016年9月10日：马付雷的会议论文Bi-BCM:AClosed-FormSolutionforFixed-GuidedBeamsinCompliantMechanisms被IDETC/CIE2016(Charlotte)会议推荐至ASMEJournalofMechanismsandRobotics发表。
2016年8月1日：美国马里兰大学巴尔的摩分校朱伟东教授(ASMEFellow)来访西电，并作了题为“RecentAdvancesinDynamicSystemResearch”的学术讲座。
