研究领域

1.利用全基因组测序，在群体水平研究基因组的变异模式，探讨导致遗传分化的中性与选择性因素，以及适应性的基因组基础。 2.利用全基因组关联分析，寻找控制重要适应性性状的功能位点；结合温室和野外移栽实验，研究自然选择发生的过程和作用机制。 3.结合遗传和生态数据研究种间杂交的遗传后果和适应性意义。
