1999年9月-2003年6月,沈阳药科大学,理学学士。 2003年9月-2008年6月,沈阳药科大学生命科学与生物制药学院,理学博士。 2008年10月-2011年8月,美国路易斯安那州立大学,生化与分子生物学,博士后。 2011年9月至今,中国科学院昆明植物研究所副研究员。 2013年-至今,中国科学院昆明植物研究所,硕士研究生导师

研究领域

肿瘤是威胁人类健康的重大疾病,抗肿瘤药物研发一直是生物医学的重大课题和挑战。主要研究内容是构建较为系统的基于分子靶点,细胞模型以及信号通路(例如mTOR信号通路)的抗肿瘤药物筛选平台,对植物和微生物来源的天然产物或精制组分进行抗肿瘤活性筛选;应用生物化学,化学生物学,分子生物学以及药理学等方法,进行深入的药物作用机理研究以及新的药物作用靶点探索,并采用人癌裸小鼠模型进行抗肿瘤活性评价及机制研究
