研究领域

基因组:通过多基因组与转录组的有机结合准确标定基因簇与合成基因岛等。 基因功能:应用遗传学、生物化学和分子生物学等方法对基因功能进行研究。 代谢途径解析与进化研究:综合应用各种方法确定基因在代谢中的功能与地位,确定代谢途径的整体运行规律,通过比较基因组与系统发育方法研究代谢途径的演化。 人工环肽库:通过人工改变前体基因、操纵后修饰基因等方法构建大型功能环肽库,在此基础上筛选功能环肽
