研究领域
植物基因组学与生物信息学
目前研究主要是通过计算生物学与实验相结合， 从基因组复杂度、多倍体基因组间互作、基因表达调控及基因功能分歧等角度研究植物野生种质资源多样性，种子生物学，及特殊、重要园艺性状形成的机理。主要研究内容：
1）核质共进化模式与机制，包括植物线粒体基因组结构变异规律及与变异速率、重组关系，核质互作在种子发育中起到的作用等；
2）植物多倍体形成与表达调控机制，包括倍性变异的剂量效应，顺式、反式调控变异， 以及表观修饰等在重要果树、花卉资源、种子发育中起到的作用；
3）特色野生种质资源的收集与利用；
