个人简介

1995年毕业于湖南师范大学生物系;2000年毕业于中科院上海生物化学研究所,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2000年-至今在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所蛋白质组研究分析中心工作,现为中心执行主任。2004年获得国家“杰出青年”基金,2005年获得中国青年女科学家奖,2005-2008年为国际人类蛋白质组组织(HUPO)理事会委员。2005年1月起担任Proteomics编委。2006年起担任Molecular and Cell Proteomics 编委。

研究领域

细胞内的蛋白质的表达,修饰,空间位置和相互作用是随时间,空间和环境因素动态变化的,因此用静态的或单一条件来进行研究显然不符合生命的动态性特征。更重要的是,蛋白质在各个层次上的变化可以相互影响,进而最终影响蛋白质或蛋白质群的功能。这种蛋白质多层次的变化总称为蛋白质动态行为。可以说,蛋白质的动态行为是生命复杂性,动态性和整体性的分子基础。研究如此复杂的蛋白质动态行为首先需要高通量,定量化和整体水平的研究技术
